Very simple. You just need to choose the package that best suits you and we will delegate a co-host who will help you on your hosting journey. Think of us as your 24/7 assistant who will make sure everything is running well at your property. We will just reach out to you for emergencies (if any).

Your property needs to be ready for the vacation rental type of accommodation, meaning all the furniture, wi-fi, towels and sheets  must be ready for guests. As well, you must have the authorization from your city or HOA to operate without obstacles.

By preference, yes but with the increase of local tourism, your property may do quite well as long as it’s nicely decorated, and it’s in a safe area with easy access to transportation. 

We work by commissions. Our minimum package consists of 5% per reservation. We charge 10% for full online management and 15% for local management (subject to availability).

Absolutely, we can walk you through all the steps for preparing your vacation rental. 

Absolutely. In comparison to other services, you are in control of your listing. You can check the reservations in real time and see your revenue at anytime. We are just an extra arm to manage your business.  

100% yes. We actually encourage you to select a cleaner you are comfortable with.

You can open or block the calendar as you wish. We just need to plan accordingly in order to have it available for guests when it’s ready to go.

Airbnb has an insurance policy that covers  homeowners and their properties to various degrees. Our co-hosts can help you with filing the claims and managing the process to getting things repaired. Regardless of the airbnb insurance policy, we recommend having the appropriate insurance to be fully covered.        

Renting out on Airbnb is a 24/7 activity. As easy as it looks, you always need to be answering your guest’s questions, check and optimize your prices for the upcoming days, handling check ins, talking to your cleaner, dealing with repairs and maintenance, the list gets bigger if you have more properties in your portfolio. Many people stopped hosting because it takes time and effort to manage a successful listing. The key to success in business is by working in teams. A  co-host is just another member of your team who will assist you to streamline your vacation rental at every stage of the game.
